Come See the World ... according to Max

 

It's fun, fun, fun at the beach.  Sun, surf and sand, what could be better?  There are dogs to play with, birds to chase, sand to run in, surf to romp in and, best of all, people to pet me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yes, yes Mom, I see the ocean.  I think you should come in too.  Look how Mom's dressed for the beach!  Moms are so silly.

My ocean is always cold.  But I like it like that.  C'mon, jump in.

AJ, you wanna come in too?  It's not cold.  You wanna pet me instead?  Maybe Dad will come with me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hey Dad, AJ is almost done petting me.  Do you wanna go walk down the beach?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I knew Dad would come with me.  He likes to walk on the beach with me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've been running for a long time.  Goldens can run and play for a really long time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But, I think even goldens can get tired.  It doesn't happen very often. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think it's almost time to call it a day.  I know I'll be coming back.  Mom says if I play too long I have trouble when it's time to "settle".   That's not always my best trick.  So I probably should say good-bye to my dog pals at the beach.  Better go find Mom.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mom, I think I'm tired now.  Can we go home? 

 

So this day, Mom, Dad, AJ and me all got back in the car and headed for home.  And as for you, Mr. Ocean, "Sit, Stay"  I'll be back.
